IMPORTANT BUG FIX
There was a bug in our program which was producing erroneous results for Gene-Gene ratio analysis when not adjusted or divided for any covariate in certain datasets. We have fixed the bug and there are no identified problems as of yet. Please re-generate your graphs using the new code.

WE HAVE MADE CHANGES TO USER UPLOAD OF CUSTOM DATASETS. USERS WILL NOW HAVE TO LOG ON WITH A USERNAME (EMAIL) AND PASSWORD COMBINATION TO ANALYSE CUSTOM USER DATASETS. REGISTRATION LINK IS PROVIDED WITH LOGIN PAGE. A LOGGED IN SESSION WILL BE REQUIRED TO ANALYSE CUSTOM DATA, AND REMOVE EXISTING DATASETS.
